Description
While I was studying anatomy, I wanted to create a visual way to memorize the nerves and their pathways as they exit the spinal cord. Thus, I created a model of the somatic nervous system, which is a portion of the peripheral nervous system that provides skeletal muscle and cutaneous innervation. The model includes the major nerves that originate in the brachial, lumbar, and sacral plexus as well as the intercostal and phrenic nerves.
